Description
Come join Melissa (a registered yoga teacher from the Columbiana area) for some Yoga and a beer at BIRDFISH! The class will be held at the Production Facility on Park Ave. from 10-11AM. It's a Power Yoga Basics class but don't let that scare you... yogis (and nonyogis) of any level are welcome! Plan on wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, water and a yoga mat (there will be mats available to borrow if you don't have one) After working up a sweat, enjoy a refreshing pint of cold beer (included in class price). Invite your friends and join us to BALANCE at BIRDFISH!! There is also tentatively a can release scheduled that afternoon, so stick around and take home a 4 pack of 16 oz. cans.
